New Investor Show 001: Introduction to the New Investor Show

The New Investor Show was created with YOU in mind. The show’s hosts are David “The Diamond” Oswald and H.J. Scott. The hosts deliver the latest information on real estate investing for new investors and aspiring investors (& entrepreneurs). We call it the ‘Voice for the New Real Estate Investor’ because we felt that no one was talking directly to the New investor, or to the investor that has done a limited number of deals and is looking to make the transition from a small side income into having real estate become a business that supports a comfortable lifestyle. In this inaugural episode of “The New Investor Show”, you will be given a background on why we are doing the show, some of the topics that will be covered in future episodes and how this will become a vital part of your listening and edu-tainment (education and entertainment combined). A unique dynamic of the show is that David is a seasoned investor with many years of experience and H.J. is a relatively new investor. You will get to hear David pick the brain of H.J. and offer advice as to the next step(s) to take. We know that you are busy so we have decided to keep most of the episodes only about 15 or 20 minutes long so that it will be easy for you to listen regularly. By the way, if you happen to be an experienced investor already (you’ve done over 20 creative real estate deals or so) you still may pull out a few ‘Diamonds in the Rough’ from hearing what we have to say. – enjoy
